Certificates & Proofs
From course completion to certificate, automatically
As soon as all mandatory modules have been completed and proof of achievement has been provided, FuxamOne generates the certificate: with your branding, all participant data pre-filled, sent as a PDF by email, and stored in the participant’s file. The certificate and the confirmation of participation are different templates based on the same data. What is traditionally created manually in Word templates is done here at the touch of a button.
ECTS credits, module grades and course scope are listed in the certificate so that participants can later have their achievements recognized, for example towards an MBA program.
Online Payment
Pay in seconds, payout to your account
Participants pay directly during the booking process by credit card, SEPA direct debit, or instant bank transfer. The Stripe integration is built in natively, without any additional tool and without an external payment page. Invoices are generated automatically.
Incoming payments flow via Stripe Connect directly into your company’s account, according to the payout rules you define. For an affiliated institute with its own legal form, this is the crucial point: revenues, fees, and payouts can be tracked for each course and client and exported for accounting purposes.

FuxamOne maps your institute using the same logic that universities use to manage their campuses: programs with modules, cohorts with schedules, participant records with achievements, grades, and certificates. The difference is not in the range of functions, but in the effort required: no semester logic where it isn’t needed, no examination regulations where a simple course completion is enough.
Ongoing enrollment instead of fixed deadlines, courses bookable individually instead of only as a full program, participants without formal admission requirements: your reality can be configured instead of being forced into a degree-program template.

As an independent legal entity, you need your own data base, and yet registration, credit transfer, and room usage still have to align with the university. Fuxam consistently relies on open standards to make both possible.
SSO via SAML, OAuth and OIDC. Professors who teach in both worlds work with a single login, without you having to give your user data to an external system.
SCORM packages and LTI 1.3 tools continue to run, calendars via iCal, and everything else via a fully documented REST API. Existing investments in content are not lost.
The login page, course catalog, app, and certificates all appear in your school or academy’s design. Your participants see your brand, not that of a software provider.
