Participants pay directly during the purchase process by credit card, SEPA direct debit, instant bank transfer or PayPal. The Stripe integration is built natively into Fuxam, with no additional tool and no external payment page. Invoices are created automatically and sent by email, including collective invoices for corporate customers.

Incoming payments are paid out via Stripe Connect directly to the course provider’s account, automatically, according to the payout rules you’ve set. You can configure daily, weekly, or monthly payouts, and all transactions can be tracked in the reporting. Whatever comes in as revenue ends up with you without any detours.
Automatic access
Account Created, Email Sent, Course Available
Once payment is confirmed, a participant account is automatically created in Fuxam, with login details sent by email to the buyer and immediate access to the course content. No manual activation by the administration, no waiting time for the participant. Someone who has just paid can start learning in the course a minute later.
Learning content in the LMS
Direct Access to All Course Content
After logging in, participants can see all course content in Fuxam LMS, scripts, videos, interactive exercises, workbench documents, and live session dates. Content is available via the web interface and the mobile app, and learning progress is synchronized in real time. The AI chatbot answers questions directly from the course materials around the clock.
License logic
Access Duration Flexibly Defined
For each course, you can define how long participants have access to the content, lifetime, six months, one year, or a custom duration. Before the access period ends, participants are automatically notified and can renew their license with another payment. After expiration, access is blocked, but saved learning progress is retained in case they extend their access later.
Completion & Certificate
From Course Completion to Certificate Automatically
As soon as participants have completed the course, gone through all mandatory modules, passed the tests, and taken the final exam, the certificate is generated automatically. With your own branding, all participant data pre-filled, and sent to the participant as a PDF by email. What is traditionally created manually using Word templates is done here at the push of a button.
