The target design becomes the production system
Implementation begins with the target model. Existing data from Excel spreadsheets, legacy systems or databases is systematically transferred into Fuxam – learner master data, curricula, classrooms, teachers and historical exam data. At the same time, school branding, permission structures, workflows and interfaces to existing systems are set up. What was previously just a concept is now running in the system.
Department-specific training
Before go-live, we train every department with content tailored to their role – administration, exam management, timetabling, teaching, IT. Each training session follows its own process that fits the reality of the respective department. This way, live operations don’t start with unanswered questions, but with teams that already know their software.
