Existing data from Excel spreadsheets, legacy systems, or databases is systematically transferred into Fuxam – student master data, curricula, rooms, instructors, and historical exam data. At the same time, university branding, permission structures, workflows, and interfaces to existing systems are set up. What was previously just a concept is now running in the system.
Department-specific training
Before go-live, we train every department with content tailored to its role – student services, examinations office, teaching administration, teaching staff, IT. Each training session follows its own process that fits the reality of the respective department. This way, live operations don’t start with open questions, but with teams that already know their software.
